The idols of Lord Sri Rama and Lakshmana are made of white stones.  There are shrines of Vaishnavite Acharyas Nammzhwar, Sri Ramanuja, Manavala Mamunigal, Tirumanga Azhwar and Andal.

The fury of Lord Narasimha did not calm down even after the killing of the demon Hiranya Kasibu.  When Mother Mahalakshmi appeared, He became soft.  He appears in a soft and smiling posture keeping Mother Mahalakshmi on His lap.
